We have helped transform the health and physique of hundreds of clients over the past 5 years, utilizing an approach that emphasizes individualization and sustainability. Our programs are designed to provide long-term results, not quick fixes or crash diets.

We offer 1-on-1 personal training at our Coomera and Anytime Fitness Helensvale locations, as well as online coaching services for those who prefer flexibility and convenience. Our mission is to help you unlock your full fitness potential and achieve your goals with evidence-based training and nutrition techniques.


Brendan Reghenzani

Brendan Reghenzani is an Accredited Exercise Scientist with years of experience in the field, having trained clients of all ages, goals, and fitness levels with science-based exercise programs.

Brendan is a firm believer in the benefits of exercise for improving overall health and well-being, as well as being a powerful tool for improving ones mental and emotional well-being as a complementary treatment for mental health

As a scientific skeptic, he's passionate about cutting through misinformation in the fitness industry and providing accurate, evidence-based information. He's committed to staying up-to-date with the latest science-based exercise principles and believes that everyone deserves to have access to accurate and evidence-based information to make informed decisions about their health and fitness.

He's committed to making the fitness industry more accessible and inclusive, recognizing the diverse needs and experiences of individuals. Brendan recognizes that many people may feel intimidated or excluded by the industry's norms and standards and is constantly working to educate himself and his clients on the diverse needs and experiences of different individuals. His ultimate goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment for everyone to achieve their fitness goals in.

Qualifications:

  • ESSA Accredited Exercise Scientist

  • Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science

  • WeFlex Accredited Trainer

  • FMA Certificate Level 1

  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificates

  • Current blue card

  • Current NDIS yellow card

  • Extensive experience training clients of all ages both in-person and online
